Reflect and Get To Know Yourself

Pain does definitely have a way of slowing your life down… even if it is unwanted. This extra time can be put to good use because even though your body may be hurting to move that does not mean your mind cannot work. During these trying times when pain seems to be a strong reality for you 1558420_10152892663584201_1707054865649415626_nand brings a bit more quiet solitude take the time to reflect on yourself. Who are you? Who have you become? Are you proud of who you have become?

Do you want to continue your life the way you have been for the last many years or do you think there are changes that could be made to make you happier? Are there changes that could be made to show those you love they are truly important to you? You can take this time to reflect on all these things… these BIG questions of life.

It also gives you the time to strategize how you can implement changes if that is something you want. Honor yourself and allow yourself to be the person you want to be. As you recognize and honor yourself you may be surprised how your pain gets better and may even resolve itself. I urge you to take this time for reflection…
