Massage Me

If you have had the experience of getting a massage then you know how great it is. If you have not then you really should treat yourself; especially if you are having back pain. Massages are great for getting rid of stubborn trigger points and spasmed muscles which can help to relieve your back pain or most aches for that matter.

At times, it can be difficult to find the time to treat yourself to a massage on a regular basis. I have been teaching people how to do self massage using Miracle Balls for years now. It is not quite the same as completely tuning out and letting someone massage and take care of you; however, it is a great alternative to do it yourself. It is convenient and you can do it any time of the day and when you need it the most. It is best for getting into your hip muscles which help with back pain and also for massaging the delicate muscles of your rotator cuff which will help you relieve shoulder pain.

To use the Miracle Balls, just lie down on the ball and find your own trigger points. Once you find your trigger points then breath into it (expand your lungs completely) about 3-5 breaths and you will notice the discomfort eases as the trigger point lets go. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
