In the last video you learned that one reason your body gets stuck in an overprotective pain spasm cycle is because it gets stuck in the fight or flight reaction. Have you taken note on how often you get stuck in a fight or flight reaction? It is absolutely amazing how often it occurs when we start paying attention to ourselves isn’t it?
