Neutralize Your Pain

Sping is finally coming near… I know it is not here yet but it is close. I know how much nature can help to neutralize pain. I am ready to get out and let nature help me. If you are forest goddesssuffering from pain then it is likely you have struggled through the winter.

It is easy to get very disconnected from nature in the winter if you are from a cold-weather state such as mine (Ohio). Not only do you not get enough sunshine which lowers the Vitamin D placing you at risk for decreased healing and depression (neither of which do any favors for resolving pain) but just sitting with your butt on the earth or leaning against a tree is a great way to connect to the life energy of mother earth and allow her to heal you.

While you are leaning on a tree or planting your butt on the earth imagine all the pain leaving your body to be neutralized into the earth. This visualization will help with the process and helps set the process in motion. Despite being energetic beings… our body is born of the earth with all the same molecules such as carbon, silicon etc (and no I do not know all the elements but you get the point).

When you can make a point to connect with the earth and let the earth help to heal you and your physical pains. You do not have to bear this pain alone. The earth is here to support you and help your body and you just have to allow it to happen.
