Proper hugs help with (SAD)

Recently I attended an amazing event called Awesomenessfest. It was definitely an event that stretched me outside of my comfort zone and I really learned a lot. One thing I learned that was just amazing was how to give a proper hug from the Worlds Best Hugger Jeff Marx. You may be wondering why this is important in dealing with Seasonal Affective Disorder. Well let me tell you that a large contributor to depressive feelings is feeling alone. Really connecting with others helps to alleviate this aspect of depression and what better way to connect than with a good genuine heartfelt hug?
